Reimbursement

Q: I need a receipt to be reimbursed by the military. Will I receive one?

A: Yes, Military PC Rentals will send you a copy of your receipt and lease agreement after your initial payment.

Q: Does Military PC Rentals submit reimbursement paperwork.

A: No, that is the responsibility of each HPSP student. We will provide you with your lease, receipt, and branch-specific instructions for getting reimbursed.

Q: What if the military does not reimburse me?

A: You must provide documentation showing the rejected reimbursement, and return the device in the same condition you received it in. Once you do that, we will refund you 100%.

Getting My Computer

Q: How soon will I receive the computer that I signed up for?

A: 3 to 7 business days.

Q: Will the computer that I rent be new or used?

A: Military PC Rentals only rents out new computers.

Q: Do you require a security deposit?

A: No security deposit is needed.

Device Selection

Q: I am in my second year of medical/dental school. Do you offer 3-year rentals?

A: Yes, we offer several devices that can be leased for 1, 2, 3, or 4 years.

Q: Are all products on militarypcrentals.com available to all services?

A: Some branches of the military will not reimburse you for certain rentals. For example, Navy HPSP students will not be reimbursed by the Navy for a tablet rental. It’s just their policy. We recommend checking with your military point of contact if you are unsure.

Q: Why are some devices only available for a 4-year lease?

A: Our goal is to provide HPSP students with the best possible computer at no cost. The more expensive the device, the more you would have to pay out of pocket during a shorter lease.

Q: I am interested in using a computer that is not listed on your site. Can I order a different computer?

A: Definitely! If you would like a different computer just ask.
